EML6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein EMAP like 6, which is encoded by the EML6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to modify the assembly dynamics of microtubules, such that microtubules are slightly longer, but more dynamic. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1958 residues, a mass of 217.9 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat EMAP protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include EMAP-6, echinoderm microtubule associated protein like 6, and echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 6.
Some EML6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
