FBXW10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein F-box and WD repeat domain containing 10, which is encoded by the FBXW10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected substrate-recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1052 residues and a mass of 119.8 kDa. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HREP, SM25H2, SM2SH2, F-box/WD repeat-containing protein 10, F-box and WD-40 domain protein 10, and Fbw10.
There are FBXW10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
