These Beta-ETF ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Beta-ETF in biological samples. Beta-ETF is an alias of the human ETFB gene, which encodes the protein, electron transfer flavoprotein subunit beta. Notably, Beta-ETF is known to play a role in electron transport, among other functions. The ETFB protein is 255 amino acid residues in length and 27.8 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in liver, heart and skeletal muscle. This protein is known to be methylated. Other names for this target antigen include FP585, MADD, and beta-ETF. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
