HYAL3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein hyaluronidase 3, which is encoded by the HYAL3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis and cartilage development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 417 residues, a mass of 46.5 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyl hydrolase 56 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, cell membrane, and is secreted and is notably expressed in sperm. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LUCA3, hyaluronoglucosaminidase 3, lung carcinoma protein 3, and LUCA-3.
There are HYAL3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 90 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
