HAMA ELISA kits are assays designed to detect the human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA). Also called the human anti-murine antibody, it reacts to immunoglobulins found in mice. In humans, an immunological response or allergic reaction to mouse antibodies triggering the formation of HAMA is known as the HAMA response.
