These c-mos ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of c-mos in biological samples. c-mos is an alias of the human MOS gene, which encodes the protein, MOS proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase. Notably, c-mos is known to play a role in chromatin organization and MAPK cascade signaling pathways, among other functions. The MOS protein is described to be 346 amino acid residues in length and 37.8 kilodaltons in mass. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed in testis during spermatogenesis. Other names for this target antigen include MSV, proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase mos, and c-mos.
