ANG4 ELISA Kits

These ANG4 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of ANG4 in biological samples. ANG4 is an alias of the human ANGPT4 gene, which encodes the protein, angiopoietin 4. Notably, ANG4 is known to play a role in angiogenesis and the cellular response to hypoxia, among other functions. The ANGPT4 protein is 503 amino acid residues in length and 56.8 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is known to be a secreted protein. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be highly expressed in the lung with much lower levels found in other tissues. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include ANG3.
