YBEY ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ybeY metalloendoribonuclease, which is encoded by the YBEY gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in rRNA processing. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 167 residues, a mass of 19.3 kDa, and is a member of the Endoribonuclease YbeY protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include endoribonuclease YbeY, putative metalloprotease C21orf57, putative ribonuclease, rRNA maturation factor homolog, ybeY metallopeptidase (putative), and C21orf57.
Some YBEY ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
