The LYAG ELISA kits listed below are analytical tools for measuring concentrations of LYAG in various samples. LYAG is an alternative name for the human GAA gene, which encodes the protein, alpha glucosidase. It has been mentioned that LYAG plays a role in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other functions. Structurally, the GAA protein is described to be 952 amino acid residues in length and 105.3 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the lysosomes of the cell. This protein is known to be glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include lysosomal alpha-glucosidase and acid maltase.
Some LYAG ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
