ASB13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 13, which is encoded by the ASB13 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 278 residues, a mass of 30 kDa, and is a member of the Ankyrin SOCS box (ASB) protein family. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 13 and ankyrin repeat domain-containing SOCS box protein Asb-13.
Some ASB13 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
