These Kitl ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Kitl in biological samples. Kitl is an alias of the human KITLG gene, which encodes the protein, KIT ligand. Notably, Kitl is known to play a role in cell adhesion and the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The KITLG protein is 273 amino acid residues in length and 30.9 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 3 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, cytoplasm, and is secreted. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated, N-glycosylated and cleaved. Other names for this target antigen include DCUA, DFNA69, and FPH2.
There are Kitl ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 2.74 pg/mL and as high as 5 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
