KRTDAP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein keratinocyte differentiation associated protein, which is encoded by the KRTDAP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to act as a soluble regulator of keratinocyte differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 99 residues and a mass of 11.1 kDa. It is known to be secreted and is reported to be highly expressed in skin and detected at lower levels in thymus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include KIPV467.
Some KRTDAP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
