NAA25 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein N-alpha-acetyltransferase 25, NatB auxiliary subunit, which is encoded by the NAA25 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a non-catalytic subunit of the NatB complex which catalyzes acetylation of the N-terminal methionine residues of peptides beginning with Met-Asp, Met-Glu, Met-Asn and Met-Gln. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 972 residues, a mass of 112.3 kDa, and is a member of the MDM20/NAA25 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include mitochondrial distribution and morphology 20, natB complex subunit MDM20, and N-terminal acetyltransferase B complex subunit NAA25.
The detection range for different NAA25 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
