JAKMIP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein janus kinase and microtubule interacting protein 1, which is encoded by the JAKMIP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to associate with microtubules and may play a role in the microtubule-dependent transport of the GABA-B receptor. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 626 residues, a mass of 73.2 kDa, and is a member of the JAKMIP protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in the neural tissues and lymphoid cells. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include Jak and microtubule interacting protein 1, marlin-1, multiple alpha-helices and RNA-linker protein 1, multiple coiled-coil GABABR1-binding protein, and GABA-B receptor-binding protein.
Some JAKMIP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
