The HSP10 ELISA kits listed below are analytical tools for measuring concentrations of HSP10 in various samples. HSP10 is an alternative name for the human HSPE1 gene, which encodes the protein, heat shock protein family E (Hsp10) member 1. It has been mentioned that HSP10 plays a role in the apoptotic pathway and osteoblast differentiation, among other functions. Structurally, the HSPE1 protein is described to be 102 amino acid residues in length and 10.9 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. Other names for this target antigen include CPN10, EPF, and GROES.
Some HSP10 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 125 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
