ASCL2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein achaete-scute family bHLH transcription factor 2, which is encoded by the ASCL2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription and the regulation of cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 193 residues and a mass of 20.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed in the extravillous trophoblasts of the developing placenta. Other alias names for this target include HASH2, MASH2, bHLHa45, achaete-scute homolog 2, achaete-scute complex homolog 2, and ASH2.
Some ASCL2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
