These p300 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of p300 in biological samples. p300 is an alias of the human EP300 gene, which encodes the protein, E1A binding protein p300. Notably, p300 is known to play a role in organ morphogenesis and the apoptotic pathway, among other functions. The EP300 protein is described to be 2414 amino acid residues in length and 264.2 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. This protein is known to be methylated, ubiquitinated, sumoylated, acetylated and phosphorylated. Other names for this target antigen include KAT3B, MKHK2, and RSTS2.
Some p300 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
