WASF2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein WASP family member 2, which is encoded by the WASF2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and angiogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 498 residues, a mass of 54.3 kDa, and is a member of the SCAR/WAVE protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in all tissues with strongest expression in placenta, lung, and peripheral blood leukocytes, but not in skeletal muscle. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SCAR2, WASF4, WAVE2, dJ393P12.2, actin-binding protein WASF2, and IMD2.
Some WASF2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
