ZKSCAN4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein zinc finger with KRAB and SCAN domains 4, which is encoded by the ZKSCAN4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to be involved in the transcriptional activation of MDM2 and EP300 genes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 545 residues, a mass of 61.6 kDa, and is a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in adult heart, brain, placenta, lung and kidney, but not in adult liver and skeletal muscle. Other alias names for this target include p373c6.1 (novel C2H2 type zinc finger protein), zinc finger protein 307, zinc finger protein 427, and zinc finger protein with KRAB and SCAN domains 4.
Some ZKSCAN4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
