YIF1A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Yip1 interacting factor homolog A, membrane trafficking protein, which is encoded by the YIF1A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to have a role in transport between endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 293 residues, a mass of 32 kDa, and is a member of the YIF1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and golgi. Other alias names for this target include FinGER7, YIF1, YIF1P, protein YIF1A, 54TMp, YIP1-interacting factor homolog A, Yip1p-interacting factor, and 54TM.
Some YIF1A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
