RAD54L2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAD54 like 2, which is encoded by the RAD54L2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a DNA helicase that modulates androgen receptor (AR)-dependent transactivation in a promoter-dependent manner. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1467 residues, a mass of 162.8 kDa, and is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated. Other alias names for this target include HSPC325, SRISNF2L, helicase ARIP4, AR interacting protein 4, RAD54-like protein 2, and ARIP4.
There are RAD54L2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
