LSR ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lipolysis stimulated lipoprotein receptor, which is encoded by the LSR gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suspected to have a role in the clearance of triglyceride-rich lipoprotein from blood. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 649 residues, a mass of 71.4 kDa, and is a member of the LISCH7 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include LISCH7, LISCH protein, angulin-1, immunoglobulin-like domain containing receptor 3, lipolysis-stimulated remnant, and ILDR3.
There are LSR ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 3 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
