LPAR4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysophosphatidic acid receptor 4, which is encoded by the LPAR4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a mediator of diverse cellular activities. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 370 residues, a mass of 41.9 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported be highly expressed in ovary. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LPA4, P2RY9, P2Y5-LIKE, P2Y9, G-protein coupled receptor 23, LPA receptor 4, LPA-4, and GPR23.
Some LPAR4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
