HCST ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein hematopoietic cell signal transducer, which is encoded by the HCST gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in protein phosphorylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 93 residues, a mass of 9.5 kDa, and is a member of the DAP10 protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in the hemopoietic cells such as NK cells, subset of T-cells and monocytes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include KAP10, PIK3AP, DNAX-activation protein 10, kinase assoc pro of ~10kDa, kinase assoc protein, and DAP10.
Some HCST ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
