CA13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein carbonic anhydrase 13, which is encoded by the CA13 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 262 residues, a mass of 29.4 kDa, and is a member of the Alpha-carbonic anhydrase protein family. It is reported to be expressed in thymus, small intestine, spleen, prostate, ovary, colon and testis. Other alias names for this target include carbonate dehydratase XIII, carbonic anhydrase XIII, and CA-XIII.
Some CA13 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 1.46 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
