XPO1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein exportin 1, which is encoded by the XPO1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to mediate the nuclear export of cellular proteins (cargos) bearing a leucine-rich nuclear export signal (NES) and of RNAs. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1071 residues, a mass of 123.4 kDa, and is a member of the Exportin protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is found to be expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, pancreas, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes. Other alias names for this target include CRM1, emb, exp1, chromosome region maintenance 1 homolog, chromosome region maintenance 1 protein homolog, and CRM-1.
Some XPO1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
