ZFAND6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein zinc finger AN1-type containing 6, which is encoded by the ZFAND6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in regulation of TNF-alpha induced NF-kappa-B activation and apoptosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 208 residues and a mass of 22.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be widely expressed with high level in heart, skeletal muscle, liver, kidney and placenta. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ZA20D3, ZFAND5B, AN1-type zinc finger protein 6, protein associated with PRK1, zinc finger, A20 domain containing 3, and AWP1.
There are ZFAND6 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
