ETS1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ETS proto-oncogene 1, transcription factor, which is encoded by the ETS1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in immune response pathways and the regulation of cell proliferation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 441 residues, a mass of 50.4 kDa, and is a member of the ETS protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, sumoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include c-ets-1, p54, protein C-ets-1, Avian erythroblastosis virus E26 (v-ets) oncogene homolog-1, and EWSR2.
