The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 402 residues, a mass of 44.3 kDa, and is a member of the Apolipoprotein L protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include TNF-inducible protein CG12-1 and apolipoprotein L-III.
