UBLCP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin like domain containing CTD phosphatase 1, which is encoded by the UBLCP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in protein dephosphorylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 318 residues and a mass of 36.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is widely expressed across many tissues, with highest levels in placenta, lung, testis and ovary. Other alias names for this target include CTD-like phosphatase domain-containing protein, nuclear proteasome inhibitor UBLCP1, and CTD phosphatase-like with ubiquitin domain 1.
There are UBLCP1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
