EIF2S3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit gamma, which is encoded by the EIF2S3 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 472 residues, a mass of 51.1 kDa, and is a member of the Classic translation factor GTPase protein family. It is reported to be expressed in testis, brain, liver and muscle. The EIF2S3 gene has been associated with the disease, MEHMO syndrome. Other alias names for this target include EIF2G, EIF2gamma, MEHMO, MRXSBRK, eIF-2gA, and EIF2.
Some EIF2S3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
