ECI2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein enoyl-CoA delta isomerase 2, which is encoded by the ECI2 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 394 residues, a mass of 43.6 kDa, and is a member of the Enoyl-CoA hydratase/isomerase protein family. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and is notably expressed in heart, skeletal muscle and liver. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include DRS-1, DRS1, HCA88, PECI, dJ1013A10.3, D3,D2-enoyl-CoA isomerase, DBI-related protein 1, and ACBD2.
The detection range for different ECI2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
