HNRNPH1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H1, which is encoded by the HNRNPH1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes which provide the substrate for the processing events that pre-mRNAs undergo before becoming functional, translatable mRNAs in the cytoplasm. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 449 residues and a mass of 49.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The HNRNPH1 gene has been associated with the disease, Neurodevelopmental disorder with craniofacial dysmorphism and skeletal defects. Other alias names for this target include HNRPH1, NEDCDS, hnRNPH, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and HNRPH.
The detection range for different hnrnph1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
