JRK ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Jrk helix-turn-helix protein, which is encoded by the JRK gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to bind DNA. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 556 residues, a mass of 61.8 kDa, and is a member of the Tigger transposable element derived protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include jerky, jerky protein homolog, Jrk homolog, jerky homolog, and JH8.
Some JRK ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
