The ELISA kits listed below target ZAP70, the symbol for the human gene, zeta chain of T cell receptor associated protein kinase 70, and a member of the Protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family, SYK/ZAP-70 subfamily. The protein has an enzyme classification of protein-tyrosine kinase. The protein encoded by ZAP70 has a predicted amino acid length of 619, a mass of 69.9 kDa, and a cytoplasmic and membrane subcellular localization. There are currently 3 reported isoforms. Pathologic involvement is reported in Immunodeficiency 48. ZAP70 may also be known by the following names: zeta-chain associated protein kinase 70kD, zeta-chain (TCR) associated protein kinase 70kDa, syk-related tyrosine kinase, 70 kDa zeta-chain associated protein, 70 kDa zeta-associated protein, and tyrosine-protein kinase ZAP-70, and IMD48. Orthologs of the gene, including human, mouse, and rat are available targets of several ELISA kits.
