HCLS1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein hematopoietic cell-specific Lyn substrate 1, which is encoded by the HCLS1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cytokine-mediated signaling pathways and erythrocyte differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 486 residues and a mass of 54 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane, mitochondria, and cytoplasm and is found to be preferentially expressed in tissues and cells of hematopoietic origin. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HS1, lckBP1, p75, hematopoietic lineage cell-specific protein, and CTTNL.
Some HCLS1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.2 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
