EFL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein elongation factor like GTPase 1, which is encoded by the EFL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be involved in biogenesis of the 60S ribosomal subunit and translational activation of ribosomes. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1120 residues, a mass of 125.4 kDa, and is a member of the Classic translation factor GTPase protein family. It is reported to be expressed at low levels in the brain. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The EFL1 gene has been associated with the disease, Shwachman-Diamond syndrome. Other alias names for this target include elongation factor Tu GTP-binding domain-containing protein 1, elongation factor-like 1, ribosome assembly 1 homolog, and elongation factor Tu GTP binding domain containing 1.
Some EFL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
