LY6H ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lymphocyte antigen 6 family member H, which is encoded by the LY6H gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in organ morphogenesis and nervous system development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 140 residues and a mass of 14.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in the brain (cerebral cortex, amygdala, hippocampus and subthalamic nucleus) and in acute human leukemic cell line MOLT-3. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include lymphocyte antigen 6H, lymphocyte antigen 6 complex, locus H, and NMLY6.
There are LY6H ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
