BCAR3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein BCAR3 adaptor protein, NSP family member, which is encoded by the BCAR3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a adapter protein downstream of several growth factor receptors to promote cell proliferation, migration, and redistribution of actin fibers. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 825 residues and a mass of 92.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include MIG7, NSP2, SH2D3B, breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance protein 3, BCAR3, NSP family adaptor protein, and AND-34.
Some BCAR3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
