RHOH ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ras homolog family member H, which is encoded by the RHOH gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported regulator of hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation, survival and migration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 191 residues, a mass of 21.3 kDa, and is a member of the Rho protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and is found to be preferentially expressed in hematopoietic cells. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The RHOH gene has been associated with the disease, Epidermodysplasia verruciformis. Other alias names for this target include TTF, rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoH, GTP-binding protein TTF, TTF, translocation three four, ras homolog gene family, member H, and ARHH.
There are RHOH ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
