DECR2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase 2, which is encoded by the DECR2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an auxiliary enzyme of beta-oxidation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 292 residues, a mass of 30.8 kDa, and is a member of the Short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) protein family. It is known to be localized in the peroxisomes. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SDR17C1, peroxisomal 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase [(3E)-enoyl-CoA-producing], 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase 2, peroxisomal, peroxisomal 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase, and PDCR.
There are DECR2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
