WASHC2C ELISA Kits

WASHC2C ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein WASH complex subunit 2C, which is encoded by the WASHC2C gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a component of the WASH core complex that functions as a nucleation-promoting factor (NPF) at the surface of endosomes, where it recruits and activates the Arp2/3 complex to induce actin polymerization, playing a key role in the fission of tubules that serve as transport intermediates during endosome sorting. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1341 residues, a mass of 147.2 kDa, and is a member of the FAM21 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include family with sequence similarity 21 member C, vaccinia virus penetration factor, and WASH complex subunit FAM21C.

Some WASHC2C ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
