LY6G6D ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lymphocyte antigen 6 family member G6D, which is encoded by the LY6G6D gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 133 residues and a mass of 13.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in the adult lung, and in fetal liver, lung, kidney, brain and spleen. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include lymphocyte antigen 6 complex, locus G6D, lymphocyte antigen-6 G6D, megakaryocyte-enhanced gene transcript 1 protein, protein Ly6-D, and lymphocyte antigen 6 complex locus protein G6d.
Some LY6G6D ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 10 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
