H1-3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein H1.3 linker histone, cluster member, which is encoded by the H1-3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 221 residues, a mass of 22.4 kDa, and is a member of the Histone H1/H5 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include H1D, H1F3, H1s-2, HIST1H1D, histone H1.3, H1 histone family, member 3, histone 1, H1d, and H1.3.
Some H1-3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
