ASB11 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 11, which is encoded by the ASB11 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 323 residues, a mass of 35.4 kDa, and is a member of the Ankyrin SOCS box (ASB) protein family. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ankyrin repeat and SOCS box containing 11, E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, ankyrin repeat domain-containing SOCS box protein ASB11, and ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 11.
The detection range for different ASB11 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
