UBR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ubiquitin protein ligase E3 component n-recognin 1, which is encoded by the UBR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in protein ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1749 residues, a mass of 200.2 kDa, and is a member of the UBR1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissues, with highest levels in skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The UBR1 gene has been associated with the disease, Johanson-Blizzard syndrome. Other alias names for this target include E3a ligase, N-recognin-1, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase UBR1, ubiquitin ligase E3 alpha-I, ubiquitin-protein ligase E3-alpha, and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UBR1.
The detection range for different UBR1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
