AGTRAP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein angiotensin II receptor associated protein, which is encoded by the AGTRAP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suggested to be a negative regulator of type-1 angiotensin II receptor-mediated signaling by regulating receptor internalization as well as mechanism of receptor desensitization such as phosphorylation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 159 residues and a mass of 17.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER, golgi, and cytoplasmic vesicles. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include AT1 receptor-associated protein, ATI receptor-associated protein, angiotensin II, type I receptor-associated protein, and type-1 angiotensin II receptor-associated protein.
Some AGTRAP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
