ERV3-1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein endogenous retrovirus group 3 member 1, envelope, which is encoded by the ERV3-1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 604 residues, a mass of 67.9 kDa, and is a member of the Gamma type-C retroviral envelope protein family. It is noted to be expressed at higher level in adrenal, sebaceous glands and placenta. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include ERV3, ERVR, HERV-R, HERVR, envR, and ERV-R.
The detection range for different ERV3-1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
