OPRL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein opioid related nociceptin receptor 1, which is encoded by the OPRL1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 370 residues, a mass of 40.7 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane and is notably expressed in blood leukocytes. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include KOR3, NOCIR, NOP, NOPr, OOR, OPRL, ORL1, and KOR-3.
There are OPRL1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 5000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
