CLEC12A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 12 member A, which is encoded by the CLEC12A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported cell surface receptor that modulates signaling cascades and mediates tyrosine phosphorylation of target MAP kinases. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 265 residues and a mass of 30.8 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in normal myeloid cells and in acute myeloid leukemia cells. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. The CLEC12A gene has been associated with the disease, . Other alias names for this target include C-type lectin-like molecule-1, dendritic cell-associated lectin 2, myeloid inhibitory C-type lectin-like receptor, and C-type lectin protein CLL-1.
There are CLEC12A ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
